These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ads Insights Analytics website located at https://adsinsights-analytics.live (the "Service") operated by Ads Insights Analytics ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ads Insights Analytics is a read-only analytics dashboard that connects to the Facebook Marketing API to retrieve and display your advertising campaign performance data. The Service provides a consolidated view of your ad metrics including impressions, clicks, spend, CTR, CPC, and CPM.

The Service operates exclusively in read-only mode. It cannot and will not:

• Create, modify, pause, resume, or delete any ads, ad sets, or campaigns
• Change your ad account settings, budgets, or billing information
• Post content to your Facebook pages or profiles
• Access your personal messages, photos, or non-advertising data

2. Account and Authentication

To use the Service, you must authenticate using Facebook Login for Business. By doing so, you:

• Confirm that you are the authorized owner or administrator of the Facebook advertising accounts you access through our Service
• Grant us temporary, revocable permission to read your advertising data via the Facebook Marketing API
• Acknowledge that your authentication session is valid for up to 24 hours and may require re-authentication

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Facebook account credentials. You must not share your authenticated session with unauthorized individuals.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, systems, or other users' data
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Service without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express permission

4. Data Accuracy and Disclaimer

All advertising data displayed by the Service is sourced directly from the Facebook Marketing API. We act solely as an intermediary that presents this data in a user-friendly format.

• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the data displayed
• Discrepancies between our dashboard and the Facebook Ads Manager may occur due to API limitations, caching, or data processing delays
• You should always verify critical business decisions against the official Facebook Ads Manager

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, interface, graphics, and documentation, is owned by Ads Insights Analytics and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

Facebook, Meta, and related trademarks are the property of Meta Platforms, Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL ADS INSIGHTS ANALYTICS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any interruption or cessation of the Service
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data displayed
• Any actions taken based on information provided by the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Facebook API outages or rate limiting
• Server failures or network issues
• Force majeure events

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by:

• Logging out of the Service
• Removing the app from your Facebook Business Integrations
